新媒體藝術：黃致傑首度個展「慢漸變」
　
新竹智邦藝術基金會9月13日至10月25日邀請新媒體藝術家黃致傑舉辦首次個展「慢漸變」，展出互動裝置、動態雕塑與攝影等十件作品，呈現互動技術與人文藝術碰撞出的趣味火花。其中《動覺生物》、《聽覺生物》、《人造向光》、《種子鏡像》等作品，將隨著觀眾的移動而不斷衍生、變化，讓習慣快速步調與科技生活的現代人，能透過新媒體藝術體驗生命的緩慢而優雅姿態！

跨界創作：建築X藝術X科技

近年，新媒體藝術成為當代藝術的重要面向，而新竹則是台灣科技發展的重鎮，因此能邀請任教於中華大學工業產品設計學系的助理教授黃致傑舉辦首次個展別具意義！出身建築背景的黃致傑目前主要於開拓新媒體與互動技術在設計與藝術領域的應用價值，近年屢次受邀至國內、外知名美術館展演。除此之外，黃致傑有別於其他藝術家，專業橫跨於學術研究、工業設計與藝術創作，是首位入選世界知名李奧納多期刊 (Leonardo)、美國電腦繪圖與互動技術年會 (SIGGRAPH 2009) 聯合藝術展的台灣人，本身也擁有臺灣與美國三件發明專利，今年更以《種子鏡像》獲得德國紅點傳達設計大獎，並受邀參與法國亞維儂外圍藝術節。黃致傑以年輕之姿多方嘗試的成績有目共睹，歡迎大家來智邦藝術館體驗互動科技帶來觀展樂趣！

New Media Art: The Debut Exhibition of Scottie Huang 

Accton Art Foundation invites the new media artist, Scottie Huang, to conduct his debut exhibition, “Sequence” during the period from September 13th to 25th October. There are 10 pieces of art works including the interactive devices, dynamic sculptures and photographs. The exhibition aims to demonstrate the intriguing sparkles created by the impact between interactive devices and humanity arts. Among them, some art works like MSOrgm，LBSkeletons，Artificial Phototropism and Dandelion Mirror can derive and change themselves with the movement of viewers. This exhibition allows the modern people already long accustomed to rapid pace and technological life with the opportunities to experience the slowness and elegance of life through the art of new media! 

Cross-field Creation: Architecture, Art, Technology

Recently, the art of new media has become the critical dimension among modern arts. As we know, Hsinchu is exactly the local hub of technological development in Taiwan. Therefore, it is particularly meaningful to invite the associate professor, Scottie Huang, of the Industrial Design Department of the Chung Hua University to conduct his own debut art exhibition！ Scottie Huang with professional background in architecture mainly engages in developing the application value of new media and interactive technologies in the fields of art and design. He has been frequently invited by both local and international art museums for exhibitions. Additionally, Scottie Huang is different from other artists, and he is experts in the fields crossing academic researches, Industrial design and art creation. He is the first Taiwanese to participate in joint art exhibitions selected by the globally reputed Leonardo and SIGGRAPH 2009. He is also the owner of 3 patent rights in both Taiwan and USA. This year, he also won the grand prize of the Germany Red Dot Design Award with his art work titled Dandelion Mirror. He was also invited to join the Festival d'Avignon Off in France. Scottie Huang at his young ages has obtained the fruitful achievements by straining his best effort in divergent attempts.
