【活動簡介】

 

自由應是一個使自己變得更好的機會。 Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better.

 

我們打造一個平台，破除所有限制，讓藝術自由的在這裡發生。來自世界各地的藝術家、藝術團隊，沒有任何負擔的盡情創作、自由交流。等待被發掘、被看見的年輕創作者，給國際藝術家、策展人及藝術媒體都看見。當我們創造出最大的自由，期待所有可能都實現。

 

【活動資訊】

 

展出日期：2015年11月6日（五） 至 11月8日（日）

展出地點：華山1914文化創意產業園區，東2BCD倉庫

 

【展位說明】

 

展覽費用：免費。

展位大小：寬240×深120×高240 cm（無展牆）。

設備提供：110V電源一組。

 

注意事項：報名時請提供展覽規劃圖（計畫內容請合乎佈展規章，請參見下方），

另外，依作品屬性、主辦單位保留調整作品位置的空間。若有不便之處，敬請見諒。

評選辦法：由投件作品中遴選參展者至2015台北藝術自由日活動現場展出。

【佈展規章】

 

華山1914園區建物為古蹟及歷史建築，據「文化資產保存法」規定，室內外場地禁止吸煙、嚼食檳榔及口香糖或使用火、蠟燭、瓦斯，及任何會造成跳電的電器。一經發現有汙損破壞歷史建物者，則以「文化資產保存法」規定予以移送。

嚴禁生火、使用瓦斯與燃放煙火爆竹、使用明火等可能危及歷史建築安全之行為。

嚴禁以漿糊、膠紙、膠水、鐵釘、雙面泡棉膠等任何黏著之材料使用於華山1914內外壁面、地面及其他非參展者個人設備之上。

華山1914室內外場地嚴禁使用鋼釘、噴漆、電焊等方式施工。

嚴禁將展品、物品固定或懸掛於室內外展覽場地之壁面、樑柱、天花板、屋頂等既有結構上。

因園區空間有限，恕無法提供參展者任何車輛之進出。

參展者之所有展品、個人物品均應自行保管，並自行辦理保險。

參展者之所有展品、個人物品，如有遺失或毀損，主辦單位恕不負責。

交易行為均需開立發票，參展者需自行處理交易與稅務，主辦單位恕不負責。

主辦單位無提供倉儲、寄物空間。

參展者之展品、裝潢材料及廢棄物應於撤場期限前全部清除完畢並運離華山1914園區。

撤展完成後，務必請主辦單位檢查，未經檢查而自行離開者，將不予退還保證金。

【注意事項】

 

缺件、逾時或未依規格準備申請資料者，恕不受理申請。

活動入選名單將於2015年9月15日公佈於台北藝術自由日官方網站；未獲入選者，將不另行通知。

通過評選者，需於2015年9月30日前回覆通知，並繳交新台幣3,000元保證金，確保創作者將展出。

本保證金將在確認創作者「完成展覽」，「並依相關規定完成場地復原，經主辦單位確認後」，使可於11月8日活動結束後退還。

未完成通知回覆或保證金繳交者，視同放棄展出，將開放遞補名額。

已繳交保證金而未完成展出者，將不得退還保證金。

【Participation Rules】

 

The Huashan 1914 Creative Park is a historical monument, and according to regulations stipulated in the “Cultural Heritage Preservation Act", smoking, betel nut, and chewing gum is prohibited in all areas. Use of fire, candles, gas, and any electric appliances that may overload circuit breakers is also prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted accordingly.

Lighting fires, using gas stoves, setting off fireworks, and other dangerous activities that may damage historical buildings are prohibited.

Using paste, tape, glue, nails, and other forms of adhesive on the walls and floors of the Park, or on equipment unrelated to the exhibition is prohibited.

Using nails, spray-paint, or electric welding is prohibited.

Exhibition-related objects may not be hung or suspended from existing structures, including walls, pillars, or ceiling.

Due to limited space in the Park, cars will not be allowed entry.

Park is not responsible for lost items; please take care of exhibition materials and other belongings.

Organizers are not responsible or any lost or damaged exhibition and personal materials.

Participants are responsible for processing transactions and tax. Receipts are required for all transactions.

Organizers will not provide storage space.

All decorating materials, exhibition materials, and trash must be removed from the Park by the designated deadline.

After dismantling of exhibition, please await organizer inspection. If participant leaves before inspection, security deposit will not be returned.

【Notes】

 

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Preliminary screening results will be available on official website after Sep 15, 2015 on the event website; rejected entrees will not be specially notified.

Accepted applicants must confirm by Sep 30, 2015, and submit NT $3000 security deposit.

Security deposit will be returned on Nov 8, 2015 upon completion of exhibition and examination by organizers.

Accepted applicants who do not confirm or submit security deposit will be replaced by candidates from waitlist.

Security deposit will not be returned to applicants who do not complete exhibition.
