【創作論述】

“你無法踏進同一條河流兩次. “_赫賽克利

洪=水+共 ，洪_計劃: 人自古形成都市聚落和水共生的關係、和人生的關係，從自身的淹水經驗出發連結到他人的淹水經驗和生命經驗..水是人生命之流的隱喻，從失去的物件和記憶學習隨境轉化而體察新的觀點和生存之道。

「臺灣101年來共計發生350次颱風、上千次豪雨侵襲，平均每年發生3.5次颱風與多次豪雨，是臺灣最嚴重的天然災害。洪水發生的主要原因為暴雨，以及其他如泥砂量大、河道短促等不利的自然條件，再加上許多人為因素的影響，往往使得災害程度加重。在人為因素方面，主要包含人類與水爭地、都市化及集水區的開發、破壞水土保持、過度依賴結構性防災方法（堤防）等。由於許多大都市均沿著河川發展，往日河川的洪泛區（洪水來臨時所淹沒的土地）被大量開墾利用，甚至蓋起大樓，與水爭地的結果，便是洪水來臨，即容易遭受水患。故洪災往往是「天災」加上「人禍」的結果」(天氣災害研究中心)

   人類自古和河流生活在一起，生活作息都與水息息相關，但隨工業發展和都市發展之後，人類開始入侵河道、改變河流、與水爭地，所以淹水如同河川的反撲，河水流進都市和居家的空間…也帶走了我們一些什麼，或許其中有些失去，有些象徵，是需要療瘉和化解的。

   從這個難忘的淹水經驗出發，我開始有個計畫，是透過淹水的記憶去思考關於人類與河流的關係，關於每個人對於淹水的記憶或淹水中所失去的…透過再現一個水漫出而淹滿的空間，去承載自己和他人一些因為淹水而失去的過往，喚回生命中因水丟失的某段記憶、片段的自我，透過訪問和物件儀式化的意義，作一個超然的洞悉和反思：人與自然、人與自己。

Since ancient times, human beings live with river, their daily routines are closely geared to water. But with the development of industry and urban, human beings have begun to invade the river, changed the river and fight for land with water, which make flood attack in retaliation like stream of water. The river flows into the city and home space...and it seems to take away something, maybe there's some loss and symbol need time to be healed and reconciled.

Since ancient times, human beings live with river, their daily routines are closely geared to water. From the impressive flooding experience, I have a plan, that is to say to think about the relationship between human beings and river by flooding memories, and each person’s flooding memories as well as something lost in the flooding...I intend to ask people to make a transcendent insight and reflection: human being and nature, human being and themselves through an emersion of space filled with overwhelmed water to load bearing some past lost by flooding to recall a certain memory or fragment of ego lost by flooding in life, or through an inquiry of the meaning of objects ritualization.
