那棵撞到月亮的樹，甚麼也沒說。卻知道好多好多的故事。 
在台灣魯凱族裡，如果你是年紀最小或是個子最小的孩子，大人會跟你說：”等等，讓你爬一棵撞到月亮的樹”。一棵撞到月亮的樹，那勢必是一棵很高很高的樹吧! 那棵族人口中可以撞到月亮的樹，名為台灣杉，是一棵以台灣命名的原生樹種。一棵樹齡超過千年，長得這麼高大的樹，在祂成長的過程中曾看過什麼樣的風景？經歷過什麼樣的事情？《一欉樹仔》將透過裝置、聲景帶著孩子一起經歷祂與這塊土地的故事。

The “Tree That Hits The Moon” is a performance. It is a visual and auditory poem presented through installation and soundscape to deliver the sound of forest and beautiful music. 
Taiwania is one of the tallest and largest tree native growing in Asia. Rukai people named it “The Tree That Hits The Moon”. They believe if a kid were the youngest or shortest one in the tribe, the elderly will take the kid to climb Taiwania. The elderly then will tell you: “Climb the “Tree that Hits The Moon” and you will be blessed by its strength.” 
The oldest Taiwania in Taiwan is older than 3000 year-old now. It has been planted on this island more than 300 decades ago. It has witnessed centuries and generation passing through. A tree has been on this island for decades…what has it experienced? What changes has it seen in time? Now it still stands silently and lively here, waiting for you to come and hear the story that it has experienced and ready to share with you.
