    財團法人台北市彩霞教育基金會

    在創辦人陳哲宏董事長的帶領下，彩霞教育基金會是個著重於對弱勢族群，及極力參與各項公益有關的教育活動，並提供專業技能之獎助的財團法人。提供參與者能共同回饋並關懷我們的社會。

    Rosy-Clouds foundation is a non-profit organization which was established in 2003 by Chairman John Chen. In memory of John’s mother Ms Lou Tsia-Chia.

    Our mission is to dedicate ourselves to reaching support from general public to ensure the underprivileged areas to achieve their highest level of development. We provide educational scholarship and many services that related to music which helps the society to reach its peace and harmony.

    財團法人台北市彩霞教育基金會的業務與宗旨:
    以教育獎助學金之公益活動為宗旨，並推動下列相關業務。
    一、 辦理教育獎助學金之公益活動。
    二、 有關社會教育公益活動之籌辦與推動

    服務項目
    一、 提供專業性獎助學金、清寒獎助學金、藝術性獎助學金。
    二、 老人院與孤兒院音樂教育及表演。
    三、 偏遠地區兒童之教育。
