2010年1月12日，16點53分09秒，海地，7.0級地震，

死亡人數超過三十萬，首都太子港幾乎全毀。

一名千方百計來此的記者，想用魔術帶來溫暖；

一名陷入餘震幻覺的醫生，難以分辨真實與夢境；

一名活埋在廢墟下的男子，只記得關於魔術的一切；

在這個世界最落後的國家，最深沉的夜裡，

他們意外相遇，卻各有圖謀。

而在交織的宿命以外的，故事與歷史以外的，

被遺忘的災民們正群聚街頭，守夜唱歌，

因為他們始終相信一則關於魔法，關於救贖的傳說…

Over 300 Thousands Deaths,

The Capital, Port-au-Prince, were totally devastated.

A reporter who wanted to bring some warmth here with magic tricks,

A doctor who cannot discriminate reality and illusion,

and a mysterious man who only remembered things about wizardry.

They accidentally encountered in this country,

and in this deepest night, they got each one's directions to go.

And beyond the destiny, beyond the tale and the history,

the forsaken victims of the disaster were gathering on the street,

watching the night, singing the song,

and telling the legend about the great magician and the salvation...
