課程介紹Introduction

全台獨家，專為音樂劇演員所創的舞台基礎特技舞蹈課程！
其實百老匯的專業演員們，除了芭蕾、爵士、踢踏舞蹈之外，體操基礎也是必學的課程之一！
體操不僅僅只是大眾所認知的奧林匹克的項目，更是音樂劇表演者們運用至舞台表演的重要技能。
體操訓練能培養肢體協調、協調性、平衡感、柔軟度、靈敏性 、全身肌肉鍛鍊，甚至是訓練自信、自律、 勇氣、團隊合作、自我肯定及專注了的最佳方式。
研究證實，學習體操能有要幫助體力及腦力的成長發展，也能為其他各項運動運動中奠下良好基礎。
從一次次練習翻、滾、爬、跳至後空翻、倒立、劈腿等動作中，學會戰勝恐懼，挑戰自我。
透過專業的指導，想要和舞者們一樣輕盈的在舞台上跳躍不再只是夢想！
課程目標：柔軟度訓練、肌力訓練、倒立、前滾後滾、直劈腿、側劈腿、下腰等技巧

Take your skills beyond singing and dancing in this Broadway Gymnastics class!
You will learn how to safely stretch, strengthen and condition your body, basic gymnastic skills.
Studies show that gymnastics helps developing physical and social skills in and out of the class.
Physical fitness, self-confidence, courage, self-discipline, physical and mental strength, self-appreciation, teamwork, and flexibility are the benefits of gymnastics and the skills you will attain through involvement in our Gymnastics class.
Flipping and jumping like a broadway performer is no longer a dream!

Class goals:
- Improve flexibility including work on all 4 types of splits: left, right, both straddles
- Learn front and back walkovers
- Learn cartwheels, round-offs
- Learn handstands and how to walk on your hands
- Basic partner stunts and lifts
- Learn Wrap Arounds, Log Rolls, Flip outs
- Begin to learn front and back handsprings
- Misc. group stunts/mounts/pyramids
- Learn safe spotting techniques
*Note: All skills dependent on instructor's comfort/skill level and student's abilities

授課老師介紹 Teacher Bio

Carson Reiners
Carson Reiners，來自紐約，曾就讀於荷蘭CODARTS藝術大學，並在求學時期受邀加入奧地利林茲的舞團，並在當地的安東布魯克納音樂大學取得藝術創作學士。在北美和全球各地同時擔任表演者、編舞家、和視覺藝術家長達15年之久。作品深受各大劇院及藝術學院青睞，並在歐洲、印度、南非、秘魯、以色列等多國演出。獲獎無數的Carson，在三年前搬回芝加哥為各大劇場及大學演出擔任編舞設計。
Carson Reiners is a NYC choreographer/ teacher/ and performing artist who has worked in the USA and internationally for the last fifteen years in dance and theatre. She has been honored with numerous awards and residencies and her work has been commissioned for both dance and theatre. Her work has been shown extensively in NYC and Chicago where she has been based for the past several years. Prior to that worked on several international productions in Europe, India, Peru, Israel, and South Africa. She also has collaborated on several works where she teamed up with recognized musicians and visual artists. She attended CODARTS in Holland, and holds a BFA from the Anton Bruckner Universitat in Austria, as well as continuing studies in Biology and sports medicine. She has shared her love for dance to students throughout the USA and abroad and holds a firm belief and love that any student who walks through her doors, is her student and her responsibility from that day onward.

課程收費/方案

專業學員 演出方案 （12堂正式課程+1次學習呈現上台機會）

課程須知
1.報名繳費後因故不能參加活動時，請儘早提出申請退費。退費比例如下：
(1) 上課日之30天（含）前申請退費，按所繳費用退還90%。
(2) 上課日之20天（含）前申請退費，按所繳費用退還80%。
(3) 上課日之11～20天（含）前申請退費，按所繳費用退還70%。
(4) 上課日之3～10天（含）前申請退費，按所繳費用退還50%。
(5) 上課日前2天～上課當天提出退費申請，或未通知不參加者，恕不退費。
(6) 如有特殊情況者，請與主辦單位聯絡。
2.主辦單位保留課程內容更動權利。其他未盡周全事宜，請依主辦單位公告及場地規則為依據。
3.本課程於訓練過程中會交付演員功課，請學員們務必回家自主練習。
4.報名含演出的學員有義務參與成果呈現與排練，視為課堂一部分。
5.課程中遲到、缺席三次以上或無法參與排練彩排者主辦方有權取消演出資格。
6.交流學員(含體驗學員)採預約制，可參與目前中心已開班課程；若欲體驗招生中未開班之課程，只要有3人預約同一時段課程，即可上課。
7.交流學員(含體驗學員)請至少於每次課堂前一天（24hrs前）預約，可透過線上報名、粉絲頁訊息、FaceBook訊息、IM國際百老匯Line帳號或電話0989-957-171預約。預約上課後，至該課堂開始前4小時，皆可接受臨時取消預約；逾時將無法取消。
8.交流學員預約後若無故缺席，將扣除課堂一半點數費用，體驗學員將取消首次驚爆體驗價資格（不予補課）。
9.交流學員及體驗學員無事前預約者將無法參與課程。

＊由於外師工作時間偶有無法完全配合，主辦單位將會聘請同等級抑或更專業的老師，保留師資更動權利，其他未盡周全事宜，請依主辦單位公告及場地規則為依據。
