2019 ASBDA亞洲基礎造形聯合學會臺中大會

2019年基礎造形亞洲大會巡迴到由臺灣學會主辦，2019年由國立臺中科技大學與中華民國基礎造形學會、臺中市教育局共同主辦，主題定為：「文化美學．城市學習．基礎造形」，乃思考設計源自於文化行為、信仰符號、生活型態、技藝技術等因素；文化力被視為近二十年來世界各國經濟發展策略中的顯學與焦點，重新地檢視與盤點自身民族、歷史、環境、產業、人文等文化財產。 而城市的進步源自於學習的活力，城市發展過程中每一個階段、時期、進程所遭遇的問題，以及城市發展願景，可以藉由問題的發掘、共同的研討、相互的學習，促使居民對於城市發展的共識與凝聚！臺中市教育局推動終身教育、學習型城市計畫，臺中市文化局近年積極推動「臺中學」地方學相關計畫，皆符合臺灣正推動「設計翻轉‧地方創生」精神，期待藉由地方文化的自我認同，打造鮮明的城市品牌！ ​ The host of the 2019 Basic Design and Art Conference in Asia(BDACA) has been toured back to Taiwan. Co-hosted by National Taichung University of Science and Technology(NTUST), Taiwan Society of Basic Design and Arts(TSBDA), and Taichung City Education Bureau(TCEB), the conference will be focusing on “Culture Aesthetic, City Learning, Basic Design.” By the nature of basic design, initiated from factors like cultural behavior, belief symbols, and lifestyles, skills and techniques, the cultural power has been considered to be the most popular study among each country’s economic development strategy in the past twenty decades. This prompts us to re-examining and re-inventorying the ethnics, history, environment, industries and all the cultural heritages. ​ Progress of a city is fueled by the vitality of learning. The problems and visions in each developing stage of a city can reach the consensus among people, stimulated through discovering problems, cohesive discussions, and mutual learning. Taichung City Education Bureau(TCEB) has promoted lifelong learning, learning city projects, and Taichung Cultural Affairs Bureau(TCAB) has actively promote “Taichung Studies” related projects. These projects resonates with the spirit of “Turning Design, Regional Revitalization”hoping through local culture acknowledgement, forging vivid City branding. ​
